Memorandum of Understanding Agreement
This agreement made and entered into this [ 00 ] day of [ MONTH ] [ 2023 ] by and between, Whereas first party – “Shree Investment Point” is a Proprietorship firm having its registered office at 101, Madhav Complex, Patel Colony, Opp. DKV College, Jamnagar – 361 008, India and the owner of Shree Investment Point, Nikhil Bhatt is a SEBI registered Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 with registration number INH000003630 is engaged with service of stock market trading consultancy, subject to stock market risk; Whereas second party (as known “Trader”) Shri ABC ( PAN – AAAAA0000A ) (Aadhaar No. – 0000 0000 0000) an individual trader based at City- (State), India is engaged in the business of Stock Market trading.
This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and no other agreement, written or verbal, exists between Trader and Shree Investment Point by using the Information on investment point therefore in consideration of the mutual covenants here in contained and other services and valuable consideration, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows…
Nikhil Bhatt, hereby providing educational recommendations are based on his personal observations and on the study of technical analysis to trader hence do not reflect the fundamental validity of any stock or any instruments, all recommendations will be provided because of distinct request and willingness by trader so do not depend on the consultancy services of Shree Investment point or their experts/team only.
This agreement is only meant to use for the “Trader”, shall not transfer, mod-ify, buy, sell or any other services. It has been taken care while preparing any research reports but still no promise, responsibility, guarantee or assurance of any profit / loss is stated or implied in any recommendations.
it’s purely based on Investment in securities market are subject to market ris-ks and read all the related documents carefully before investing mentioned on the www.nikhilbhatt.in therefore, by the second party known as a trader take position with his/her own best sense, financial appetite and capacity and judgment.
Trader assumes full responsibility for all gains and losses, financial, emotional or otherwise, experienced, suffered or incurred, Investment point does not guarantee the consistency, completeness or timeliness of, or otherwise endorse in any way, the views, opinions or recommendations expressed in the Information, does not give investment advice, and does not advocate the purchase or sale of any security or investment by trader or any other individual.
Nikhil Bhatt does not claim for profits / Losses to any investors / traders. Some Information, herewith provided is obtained from the sources deemed to be reliable but it does not guarantee as to accuracy, assurance and completeness to target and trigger stop loss to be authenticated and achieved.
This agreement & disclaimer of liability does not applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
Neither investment point nor any of its employees, agents, successors, assignees, affiliates, group companies or content or service providers shall be liable to trader or other third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of service or inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of any warranty.

Neither any party shall be in default hereunder by any reason of any failure or any delay in the performance of any obligation under this agreement where such failure or delay arises out of any cause and uncertain and unpredictable events which are beyond the reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of such party.
IN WITNESS THEREFORE both the parties, intending to be legally bound, have executed this agreement as of the date first above written.
All terms & conditions, privacy policy, disclaimer and agreement are acceptable which is mentioned on website www.nikhilbhatt.in by the second party known as a trader. Subject to Jamnagar jurisdiction only.
